A must-have book on mindfulness for kids! I bought this for me and my 9 year old daughter. It is a wonderful book for ANY age. Each page has a hand drawn illustration by the author's 10 year old daughter as well as dedicated practical daily topics, such as be kind and be yourself. It teaches our children to be present and to learn to love themselves from an early age. The illustrations are well done, and the content is very insightful and easy to understand.
